We are a luxury villa rental management company situated in the south of crete. With over 5 years and our personalised five star service made us well know towards guests and locals. We offer either full management, where you sit back and dont have to do do anything, or we offer booking management for owners who arrange the maintenance and cleaning of their villa themselves.

01 Property Inspections
We Inpsect your villa and check if all legal requirements and amenities are met. We work closely together to make each villa compliant to the local laws. Also we consult on additional amenities that can increase revenue potentials.
02 Marketing, Website and Listings
Professional photo and videoshooting, creating listing profiles on over 9 booking platforms including our own website but also Airbnb, Expedia, VRBO,Google Vacation Rentals, Mister B&B and more.
03 Booking and Agenda Management
Occupancy and Revenue management to optimise ROI. We use cutting edge technoligy to adjust our villas prices dynamically on an hourly basis.
04 Client Communication
Our well rated and multilingual reception team is in direct contact with each guests well before their arrival. We offer and organise additional services such as a fully stocked fridge at the arrival or birthday and wedding packages.
05 Client Support during Stay
Our guests enjoy a five star like consierge service in which we can assist the guests with recommendations for beaches and restaurants as well as arrange services like massage, hiking trips or diving sessions.
06 Finances, licenses and tax registration
We take care of all the taxation matters directly with your accountant. In case of any legal changes our team of lawyers and accountant makes sure we always comply with local laws.
07 Garden and Pool upkeep
Our maintainers come twice a week during the season to clean the pool and check the sanity of the pool. Before and after the season the gardeners take care of the pruning while in the summer the main check is that the plants get enough water.
08 Property Maintenance Management
Problems occur and especially in luxury villas its key to find a solution as soon as possible. We have a team of maintainers year round that can take from light works like painting a pergola but also coordinate external works such as Electricians or Plumbers.
09 Personal check-in meet and greet
Our guests value the personal approach which is why we meet our guests personally for the check in and show the house and give recommendations.
10 Housekeeping
Our Team of housekeeping ladies makes sure that each villa is spotless and clean before every check in. We also offer special cleaning services like desinfection, Odor control, Polstry dry clean.
