The property includes a designated private parking space. Although the access road to the house is somewhat steep and gravelly, an alternative route is available for reaching the center and beaches. This alternative path consists of a combination of dirt and asphalt roads.

The house is located in the village of Mariou in Southern Rethymnon of Crete, around 8 minutes to the centre of Plakias by car. The Beaches like Damnoni, Amoudi, Amoudaki, Plakias Beach and Souda Beach are around 10 to 15 minutes by car. Near the house is an excellent tavern and mini market.
