Other Rules• Smoking is allowed outside only.
• Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors.
• Law-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 15:00-17:00 and 23:00-
08:00 hours.
• Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
• Pets are permitted only with prior approval.
• Neither the homeowner or the property manager is responsible for any
accidents, injuries or illness that may occur during the use of the property's
facilities by the guest.
• The swimming pool does not have any surveillance. Guests are fully
responsible about their safety. Children should use the pool only under their
parent's surveillance.
• The guest is responsible for the replacement of anything damaged or lost.
• Neither the homeowner or the property manager is responsible for any loss
of personal belongings or valuables of the guests.
• We encourage all renters to purchase travel insurance.
• Arrival time 15.00 on check in date.
• Departure time 10.00 on check out date. The client refusing to leave, the
manager has the right to remove client’s luggage out of the house.
