Villa XARA features a cozy living room with a sofa that can accommodate two guests if needed. The main building includes a bedroom with a king-size bed and a separate bedroom with two single beds and a private bathroom. Both bedrooms and the living room offer stunning views of the sea and hills and have access to a terrace, perfect for enjoying breakfast.

The villa boasts a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, fridge, freezer, induction stove, and dishwasher. Surrounding the house is a developing garden with fragrant herbs such as oregano, thyme, coriander, sage, and lavender, which you’re welcome to use in your cooking.

For guests with allergies, rest assured that the villa is designed with hypoallergenic materials, including cotton and linen mattresses, curtains, towels, mattress protectors, and cushions. We kindly request that no smoking or pets are allowed inside the house, and we ask tenants not to bring anything into the house that may leave traces of dogs, horses, or other animals.

To enhance your stay, Villa XARA offers a salt chlorination system for the swimming pool, eliminating the need for chloride. The terrace provides a delightful space to relax on sunbeds or dine at the outdoor dining table.
