Access & arrival
The property offers a designated private parking space. While the access road to the house is somewhat steep and gravelly, there is an alternative route to the center and nearby beaches, which combines both dirt and asphalt roads.
The neighbourhood
The house is located in the village of Mariou in Southern Rethymnon of Crete, around 8 minutes to the centre of Plakias by car. The Beaches like Damnoni, Amoudi, Amoudaki, Plakias Beach and Souda Beach are around 10 to 15 minutes by car. Near the house is an excellent tavern and mini market.
Getting there
The house is located in the village of Mariou in Southern Rethymnon of Crete, around 8 minutes to the centre of Plakias by car.
