Access & arrival
The guests have access to the whole villa and its private premises around. At the entrance of the house there are some stairs.
All on one level, with no stairs, ensuring accessibility and comfort.
The neighbourhood
The house is located in the village of Mariou in Southern Rethymnon of Crete, around 8 minutes to the centre of Plakias by car. The Beaches like Damnoni, Amoudi, Amoudaki, Plakias Beach and Souda Beach are around 10 to 15 minutes by car. Near the house is an excellent tavern and mini market.
Getting there
The access road to the house is a new asphalt road.
