The space
The villa accommodates up to six guests across three bedrooms, each featuring its own en-suite bathroom. Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors open onto a spacious terrace where the infinity pool appears to merge with the blue waters of Plakias Bay. Access & arrival
Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa, including all indoor and outdoor areas, the private infinity pool, private parking space, and outdoor dining facilities.
The villa is part of a newly developed complex of luxury villas, with each property offering its own private entrance and outdoor spaces, ensuring a comfortable level of privacy throughout your stay.
Please note that the final section of the access road leading to the complex is a short downhill gravel road. It is easily accessible by standard vehicles when driven with care, however guests may find the approach more comfortable with a vehicle that has slightly higher ground clearance. The spectacular elevated position and panoramic views over Plakias Bay make the drive well worthwhile.
The neighbourhood
Located on a hillside just above Plakias, the villa enjoys a peaceful setting while remaining close to the village's beaches, tavernas, cafés, and shops. Plakias is one of Crete's most charming seaside destinations, known for its crystal-clear waters, relaxed atmosphere, and dramatic mountain scenery.
Getting there
Although privately positioned above Plakias Bay, the villa is only a short drive from everything you may need during your stay. The beach, waterfront tavernas, cafés, and local amenities of Plakias are just 5 minutes away by car. Within 10 minutes, guests can discover charming traditional villages and authentic local restaurants, while some of South Crete's most stunning beaches can be reached within 15-20 minutes. The villa's location offers the perfect balance between privacy, convenience, and easy access to the area's natural beauty. The location is conveniently accessible from both of Crete’s international airports. Chania International Airport and Heraklion International Airport are both approximately a 1.5-hour drive away.
